The triple room fit our family perfectly with spacious individual beds. Housekeeping impressed me with their attention to detail. The shuttle service to Masjid Al Haram ran every 15 minutes, making it very convenient, especially for early prayers. The lounge on the ground floor had a welcoming atmosphere. However, the food options were quite limited and did not meet our expectations, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, registration took too long at reception during our check-in, which could use some improvement. Overall, my experience was enjoyable, though there are areas that could enhance the stay further.

the only thing better than the distant horns was the room that was absolutely not clean, not even close. and don’t get me started on the staff who were just scrambling around like headless chickens, refusing to help. i was just expecting a complimentary gesture or upgrade for my troubles, but apparently, that was asking too much. how sad.
